The ASIAN-AMERICAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE, INC. (AANC) is a national non-profit, non-partisan 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt and bona fide organization and an official NGO of the United States government since 2000. The AANC is functioning as a national education, healthcare, business, immigration and legal services, political, civil/privacy rights, and national advocacy organization. Since 2000, the AANC has been duly authorized by the United States federal and state governments to represent all Asian Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, United States veterans, underserved and underrepresented populations, and others, along with small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States and abroad. A public-private partnership. For many decades, the AANC has been collaborating and partnering with many federal and state agencies (i.e., Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Customs and Border Protection, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Education, the White House, Department of Labor, Social Security Administration, Federal Communications Commission, Department of Treasury, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Veterans Affairs, the Small Business Administration, ICE, USCIS, FBI, EOIR, and other federal and state agencies, and various district attorneys' offices nationwide, and others) along with many corporations, businesses, organizations, and leaders throughout the United States and abroad.

Founded in 2000, the ASIAN-AMERICAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE, INC. serves as an official NGO of the United States government and a public-private partnership. We actively advocate for and advance Asian Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, American veterans, and others in education, healthcare, business, immigration and legal services, civil/privacy rights, and political representation across all 50 states and internationally.

Our History
25 Years of Advocacy and Public Service
Since our founding in 2000 by Founder, Chairman and CEO Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM, the ASIAN-AMERICAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE, INC. (AANC) has grown from a regional advocacy group into a nationally and internationally recognized and respected organization with 16 specialized offices, collaborations and partnerships with many federal and state agencies, corporations, businesses, organizations, leaders, and others, and a presence across all 50 states. We have stood firmly and led at the forefront of the Asian-American Civil Rights Movement, fighting hate crimes for all, promoting and advancing justice and policy reforms, and delivering critical programs and services to underserved communities, American veterans, and others.
Founded by Founder, Chairman & CEO Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM in Boston, Massachusetts, as a national non-profit advocacy organization.
Established formal partnerships with many federal and state agencies, including the SBA and AmeriCorps, to expand program delivery nationwide.
Achieved official NGO status with the United States government and expanded to 16 specialized national offices.
Launched the Asian-American Business and Leadership Alliance (AABLA) and the Asian-American Leadership Institute.
Responded to the COVID-19 pandemic with acute and chronic care programs and anti-hate advocacy as anti-Asian violence surged nationwide.
Celebrating 25 years of service — expanding telehealth, immigration, business and legal services, healthcare, education, civil rights advocacy, etc. and international partnerships across all 50 states.

Founder, Chairman & CEO
Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM
Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM, is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of the ASIAN-AMERICAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE, INC. (AANC) and the architect of its national advocacy framework. Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM, has led the organization since its founding in 2000, building collaborations and partnerships with federal and state agencies, corporations, businesses, organizations, leaders, and many others and championing the Asian-American Civil Rights Movement. Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM, is an award-winning and transformational C-suite EQ leader. He has over twenty-five years of executive and national board member experience. He holds a master's degree from Boston University and has attended and studied at NYU School of Law (NYU Law) and NYU Wagner for the Executive Master of Science in Health Law and Strategy. Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM, was awarded the 2013 Alumni Leadership Award from Fitchburg State University. He was the first Asian American ever to be awarded this prestigious and enviable Alumni Leadership Award since the inception of Fitchburg State University in 1894. The award reads: "This award recognizes personal achievement, professional contributions, and leadership qualities in a graduate of Fitchburg State University."
