The Asian-American National Committee, Inc. (AANC) has been actively and proudly serving as an official and duly recognized NGO of the United States government, a public-private partnership, along with being a bona fide national advocacy organization since 2000.

The Asian-American National Committee, Inc. (AANC) is a national non-profit, non-partisan 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt organization, functioning as a: national educational, healthcare, business and legal services, political, privacy/civil rights, and advocacy organization.

All of us should be treated as individuals and evaluated through a vigorous and unbiased process based on our personal merits and professional qualifications (via the content of our character and our own personal merits, not through the color of our skin). America must have Diversity in Thoughts; Equality in Personal Merits; and Inclusion in Cultures.

The AANC advocates, promotes and believes in the system of Merit, Excellence, and Intelligence ("MEI"), which emphasizes selecting individuals or candidates based solely on their qualifications, abilities and intelligence. We treat everyone as an individual. We do not unfairly stereotype, tokenized, or otherwise treat anyone as a member of a demographic group rather than as an individual. MEI focuses solely on individual qualifications without explicit diversity targets.

Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM, the Founder, Chairman and CEO, an award-winning and transformational c-suite leader, and “Make It Matter” business, healthcare, and civil rights leader, along with being a subject-matter expert, founded the Asian-American National Committee, Inc. (AANC) as a professional public service and national advocacy organization in 2000. He leads the AANC with passion, intelligence, commonsense, courage, perseverance, and direction.

Chairman and CEO Tuan D. Nguyen, ALM, (AANC), is also a consultative member pending United Nations Department Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), NGO Branch, Consultative Status. He is also a fully participating committee member for the first-ever UNHCR's Global Refugee Forum www.unhcr.org/global-refugee-forum in Washington DC, New York, and Geneva. United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the UN Refugee Agency. A full and active participating committee member of the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum, and he is also a UN ECOSOC’s Experimental Fellow for education. An active committee member of the World Humanitarian Forum.

The Asian-American National Committee, Inc. (AANC) is leading and empowering the Asian-American Civil Rights Movement along with our various elected, civic, business, and community leaders, national and international organizations, and corporate partners. Moreover, the AANC is also leading and advocating for the “Ten (10) Actionable Points Toward Achieving Justice, Fairness, Success, and Freedom.”

The AANC is a national non-profit, non-partisan 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt, national membership and community-based corporation, AANC proactively taking the lead in advising, collaborating, and partnering with the White House, distinguished members of the United States Congress, corporations, non-profits, faith-based organizations, federal and state government agencies, along with various other national and international organizations, corporations and agencies.

Following over two decades of dedicated, intensive leadership and labor, the AANC has successfully become an influential and leading educational, healthcare, business and legal services, political, privacy/civil rights, and advocacy organization on a nationwide scale and abroad.

The AANC has been duly authorized by the United States federal and state governments to represent all Asian Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, American veterans, and others, along with minority small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States and abroad for since 2000. We are also an official NGO of the United States government.

The AANC is a mission-focused and mission-critical organization. Our national office has been very active in leading, empowering, advocating, and passionately fighting against hate crimes, racial discrimination, and racial harassment that have been egregiously perpetrated against innocent Asian Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, American Veterans, and others throughout the United States, along with many other important civil rights, healthcare, human and labor trafficking, and legal issues as the AANC has been doing diligently for since 2000, resulting in many successes with the federal and states hate-crime statutes duly passed and signed into law.

Let us bring Asian Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, and others into the American mainstream and worldwide. Together, we can help each other to achieve personal and business success, and everyone can have equal and fair opportunities in attaining the American Dream and more.

Ultimately, the AANC was organized to be the proactive leader, vocal, and goal-oriented representatives of and for all Asian Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, American veterans, and others in advocating on behalf of Asian Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders' businesses, institutions, organizations, colleges and universities, and more throughout the United States and abroad.

The AANC continues to lead and strive to serve you better and steadfastly protect, promote, and passionately advocate for human rights, civil rights, economic justice, economic stressors, educational justice, health justice, along with diversity in thoughts, equity in personal merits, inclusion in cultures, and opportunity for all Asian Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, and others. For many decades, we have been egregiously discriminated and maliciously marginalized, NO MORE.
