THE AANC CORPORATION

The Asian-American National Committee, Inc., ("AANC"), proactively and invariably provides judicious, powerful, and influential voices and petitions for all Asian-Americans and others, in the administrative agencies and in the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of the federal and state governments, and builds effective and pertinent coalitions to assist in advising, advocating, and securing much-needed legislations, judicial decisions, policies, and executive orders, for the facilitation and advancement of: economic and business prosperities, educational and academic excellence, scientific and technological achievements, education, housing and community developments, employment, federal and state contracting, health-care and social services, business and legal services, immigration and ballot/voting reforms, individual rights and liberties, human rights, legal rights, privacy rights and civil rights.

Moreover, AANC closely monitors, reviews, and influences, on a non-partisan basis, federal and state statutes, policies, judicial decisions, legislations, rules and regulations that are directly and/or indirectly affecting Asian-Americans and others. Through relentless research, advocating, documentation, public education and determination, AANC effectively develops, advocates, and secures appropriate, fair and just, executive, legislative and judicial (civil and criminal laws) orders, mandates and policies along with political and community-based responses to eliminate and eradicate all forms of discrimination, prejudice, harassment, and hate-crimes suffered by and/or directed toward Asian-Americans and others throughout the United States.

AANC also develops and promotes various viable channels of communications and professional developments, which will assist, foster, facilitate, and motivate all Asian-Americans and others to maximize their self-realization and potentials, for the enrichment and enhancement of life-fulfillments, moreover, in becoming further educated and productive members of our American society.

AANC, as duly authorized and permitted by law, vigorously supports and advocates for the sought-after ideals of qualified Asian-Americans and other Americans' political and judicial candidates and/or appointments throughout the United States, who have palpably embodied and/or have shown their genuine willingness to foster and advance AANC's passionate and resolute ethos.

AANC incessantly organizes, develops, and promotes, on a non-partisan basis, innovative and intelligible voter-education and voter-registration drives in all of the 50 states. Moreover, AANC educates, supports, and earnestly motivates all Asian-Americans and others to become actively involved in the great American political, judicial, and legislative processes, including community-based volunteers, throughout the United States.

AANC's national membership diligently works toward and encourages the full-participation of all American citizens and others, by voter-education/registration and through lucid, impartial, and candid public discussions and debates of the issues.

AANC members also proactively involve with a variety of quality human rights, legal rights, privacy rights and civil rights services and programs including, but not limited to: professional research and development; business and legal services; multicultural sensitivity education and training programs; youth and honors programs; humanitarian programs and services; international, national, state services and conflict resolution programs; faith-based initiatives; special events, projects and sports sponsorships; organizing lectures and moderating candidates' debates and conferences; publishing factual and objective reports along with in-depth analysis on a wide variety of human rights, legal rights, privacy rights, and civil rights issues; professional public speakings; educational and leadership developments; and coordinating and/or collaborating closely with numerous experts, national, state and local leaders from a variety of professions, agencies, organizations, and corporations throughout the United States, along with distinguished and effective international organizations.

AANC offers its professional public services, expertise, and national referrals including, but not limited to: educational and career services; science and technology; economic and business assistance; federal and state contracting; research and development; health and social services; mental health and mental retardation; alternative medicines; information technologies; immigration and naturalization; United States citizenship programs and civics education; multi-language translation services; multicultural affairs; business and legal services; mediation and arbitration; day-treatment programs; faith-based initiatives; HIV/AIDS and drug education; voter-education/registration and campaigning; college scholarships and financial aid assistance; arts and entertainment; intelligence and security; veterans' services; privacy rights and civil rights; public and governmental relations; estate and gift planning; marketing and promotion; communications; employment and contracting; housing and community developments; consumer credit counseling services; credit repair and credit rebuilding services; mortgage/cash-out/FHA refinancing and debt consolidation services; and a national 24-hour hot-line(s) for national, state and local referrals, general mental health assistance, and informational services, are duly available for all Asian-Americans and others in the United States.

AANC sponsors lectures, conferences and debates, and acts as a professional consultant to various national, state and local organizations and media corporations. AANC also publishes and disseminates professional up-to-date news and quality in-depth analysis via the Internet, radio, television, and other digital and printed news media, and also directs and produces various innovative and high-quality educational, scientific, entertainment, and social programs, moreover, AANC recommends and/or distributes books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, and other digital and/or printed materials, as well as newsletters to its national members and others, which covers a wide variety of pertinent issues, topics and information that are related to and/or affecting Asian-Americans and others.

AANC's management and its national membership are inclusive to all Americans and others. Accordingly, AANC welcomes and actively encourages all Asian-Americans and others to join its passionate and resolute national membership, in the pursuit of achieving unity and Americanism through cultural diversity.
